Coffee Shop Saturday

I love living in Columbus for many reasons, but one of my favorites is all of the cute local shops it has! A very popular coffee shop is Fox in the Snow and I had never been before despite all of the hype it had, so I decided this Saturday was the day to try it out.

They have tons of pastry options including fruit scones, pecan sticky buns, and custard-filled donuts. I chose to get the coffee cake and let me tell you it did not disappoint. They make all of their pastries fresh that day and it makes a huge difference in the quality and taste. I paired my coffee cake with a simple mocha with almond milk.

Fox in the Snow has a very chill vibe and all of the workers were so friendly. I loved how it was decorated with industrial touches such as the garage door windows and open ductwork on the ceilings.

For this casual coffee shop Saturday, I chose to be casual as well with a large button down shirt I got from Target that is so soft I could wear it all day and through the night. I chose to tuck one side in so that the large shirt didn’t swallow up my tiny frame. Also to balance out the shirt, I wore some of my favorite skinny jeans from express and elevated the entire outfit with some nude heel sandals also from Target.
