One of my many dreams is to live in California and I always get so excited when we get to travel to LA for track meets! This meet was at USC and we stayed in a hotel right across the street from campus.
We got there early enough to have a day to explore and walk around campus. It was so beautiful there it only solidified me wanting to live in Cali even more. A teammate and I found a super cute restaurant called Lemonade that had everything from soups, salads and sandwiches. They also sold the best tasting lemonade I’ve ever had.
For this perfect day of exploring I chose to be cute and casual with these ripped girlfriend jeans from boohoo.com. I usually don’t buy pants online because the measurements can be sooo off from what it may say on the website, but boohoo came through for me! I love how these jeans fit on the waist and still get tight at my ankles while having that relaxed feel with all the rips.
I paired my jeans with a cami I DIY’d to make into a halter top, one of my favorite pairs of sandals from Target and my new straw hat I recently got from Target as well. A huge trend for this spring and summer are straw accessories and I am 100% here for it! The straw material really gives me huge summer vacation vibes and all things in the sun.
